Requesting the Wyoming Cloud Radar
General Information
The Wyoming Cloud Radar (WCR) may be requested for use on the Wyoming King Air (UWKA) or on the NSF/NCAR C130 aircraft. It is recommended that potential users contact us to discuss how to best utilize the radar.
Requesting the WCR may be accomplished through the on-line King Air request form. Requests to use the WCR on the NSF/NCAR C-130 aircraft can also be submitted through the same link.
How to request WCR data
Request for data from past experiments can be sent by email to: cgrasmic@uwyo.edu
Browse through the WCR Projects pageto choose dates and times of interest. It is recommended that the requester also contacts the PI of the project.
Data is made available via FTP or from the web upon request.
